Introduction to ShipyBox APIs

What is ShipyBox?

ShipyBox is India's largest multi-courier shipping platform. Our APIs let you book shipments across 12+ courier partners, fetch real-time rates, generate labels and receive tracking updates via webhooks.

Base URL

https://api.shipybox.com/v1

Authentication

All requests must include an Authorization: Bearer <YOUR_API_KEY> header. API keys are issued from the ShipyBox dashboard under Settings → API Keys.

Rate limits

• 200 requests/minute on the standard plan
• 1,000 requests/minute on the growth plan
• Custom limits available on enterprise plans
