ShipyBox was started in 2023 by a small team of D2C operators who were tired of juggling five courier dashboards, chasing courier weight discrepancies by hand and waiting a week for COD cash. We built the platform we wished we had — and opened it up to every Indian merchant.
ShipyBox is a logistics-technology product built and backed by Reliable International — an established Indian logistics company with 23 offices across India. We bring the merchant-facing technology; Reliable International brings decades of ground operations, courier relationships and on-the-ground support.
Note: Reliable International independently operates international courier, freight forwarding and customs-clearance services. ShipyBox is focused exclusively on domestic ecommerce and B2B shipping technology for Indian merchants.
