Connect WooCommerce in minutes.

  1. 1
    Install the WooCommerce plugin
Available in the WordPress plugin directory and via direct download for managed-WP setups.
  2. 2
    Paste the ShipyBox API key
Generated in your ShipyBox dashboard under Settings → API Keys.
  3. 3
    Pick warehouses + couriers
Configure pickup locations and which couriers you want enabled.
  4. 4
    Test with a sample order
Generate a label, confirm tracking events arrive back on the WooCommerce order screen.
  5. 5
    Go live
Switch the plugin to live mode — new orders sync immediately.
Important to know

A note on what WooCommerce natively handles

  • WooCommerce continues to handle product catalog, checkout and payments — ShipyBox is the shipping layer only.
  • Custom WooCommerce themes or heavily-modified checkout flows may need a brief integration review.
  • International shipping is outside ShipyBox's domestic India scope.

Hosting performance affects sync latency. Stores on shared low-tier hosting may see longer order-sync intervals — managed WP and dedicated hosting recommended for high volume.
