Courier has accepted the AWB into its system. Pickup is scheduled.
Picked Up
Parcel has been collected from the merchant pickup location.
In Transit
Parcel is moving between hubs. Multiple in-transit scans may occur.
Out for Delivery
Parcel is with the local delivery agent for an attempt today.
Delivery Attempted
Recipient not available or refused. Treated as an NDR event — re-attempt is scheduled.
Delivered
Parcel has been handed to the recipient. Final scan.
RTO Initiated
Return-to-origin started after exhausted attempts or refusal. Reverse leg begins.
RTO Delivered
Parcel has been returned to the merchant origin facility.

Troubleshooting Delhivery tracking

My Delhivery AWB shows ‘No data found’ — what should I do?
Allow up to 4–6 hours after pickup for the first scan to appear. If still missing after a day, raise a ticket inside the ShipyBox panel — our ops team will escalate with Delhivery.
Why is my parcel stuck ‘In Transit’ for several days?
Long in-transit gaps often indicate hub re-routing or weather delays. Check the latest scan location; if older than 72 hours, raise a query.
Can I track Delhivery surface and air shipments here?
Yes — both modes return the same event stream via the panel API.
