Recipient not available or refused. Treated as an NDR event — re-attempt is scheduled.
Delivered
Parcel has been handed to the recipient. Final scan.
RTO Initiated
Return-to-origin started after exhausted attempts or refusal. Reverse leg begins.
RTO Delivered
Parcel has been returned to the merchant origin facility.

My Xpressbees AWB has not updated in 24h — should I worry?
Occasional silence can happen between hub scans. If older than 48–72 hours, raise a query in the ShipyBox panel.
Why does Xpressbees mark some scans as ‘RVP Initiated’?
RVP stands for Reverse Pickup. This is a return leg event, not a forward-delivery delay.
