Each RTO order costs you forward shipping + reverse shipping + roughly 18% of order value in handling, depreciation and packaging. We sum these against your stated RTO percentage. The 18% is a directional industry figure; your actual losses may be higher or lower depending on category and ticket size.
What 'reduction' assumption does the calculator use?
The slider is fully under your control — start with a conservative assumption and adjust. ShipyBox does not publish a fixed 'X% reduction' promise: actual reduction depends on your category, ticket size, region mix and SKU range.
